The Baker

Cake Atelier by Lee was born from the passion of Tania Lee, who in 2017, while writing novels on Amazon, decided to take a basic pastry course to make her brother's anniversary cake. What started as a hobby, turned into an obsession for the art of baking, especially sugar flowers.

Despite Hurricane Maria, Tania debuted 2018 with a cake for 150 people, challenging herself. Baking was always in her life, as she grew up watching her aunt Carmen prepare cakes for weddings, a childhood memory that she has transformed into her career.

Inspired by international masters such as Zoé Clark, Tania threw herself fully into the world of haute patisserie and, with more than a thousand hours of training, she seeks to make Cake Atelier by Lee one of the most recognized brands in Puerto Rico. Her vision is to offer each couple,

whether in simple or glamorous weddings, a work of art in sugar.

Tania sees every day as a new opportunity to learn and overcome challenges and assures that as long as there is sugar and the help of Jesus Christ, she will continue to create beautiful pieces that fill her clients' events with sweet memories.
